Mr K Mohandas served in the Indian Administrative Service from 1974 till his retirement from service in 2012 from the post of Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Shipping. He held important positions under the Kerala State government with fairly long tenures in Industries, Finance, Higher Education and Local Self Government departments, and under the Central government as Additional Secretary (Revenue) in the Finance Ministry and Secretary, Overseas Indian Affairs.
Arun Balakrishnan, a Chemical Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore, is the former Chairman & Managing Director of Hindustan Petroleum and founder Chairman of HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd. He is currently on the Boards of many companies as an Independent Director.
Capt. Sekhar is an ex merchant Navy Captain of large seagoing oil tankers. He has studied finance management at Singapore and Executive General Management at IIM Bengaluru. He is the founder director of AlphaMERS Ltd. He has spearheaded innovations and technology development in the company.
